It was never said that they were filming in Rhode Island. Lets not speculate. The Farrellys said "they would love to film it in New England"
This project had been slated for rhode island for a looonng time even according to the imdb. So the blogger might be correct.
All that has been out there is that the Farrelly wanted to film in New England. They didnt even have a script let alone a cast until last year. I'm just saying that is says no where this will be filmed in Rhode Island.
